The SOCO Leadership Academy is the leadership pipeline of SOCO Church. It is comprised of 3 steps as follows:

DNA

A 6 week course where you will learn the vision & values of SOCO Church as well as practical tools to help you lead at a high level at SOCO. 

Mondays at 5:30pm (Starting August 19)

SOCO INTERNSHIP

A year long internship with SOCO Church where you will have the opportunity to lead and learn alongside our staff.

From August 2019 – July 2020

2nd year SOCO INTERnSHIP

Our 2nd year internship is invite only and gives you the opportunity to choose a specific area of ministry that you will focus on for the entire year.
